We want you to love your purchase! If there’s a problem with your order, here’s how we can help:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
  • Missing Orders: Once a certificate of posting has been provided, we are unable to offer refunds for delayed or missing parcels, as Royal Mail handles final delivery.
