🛍️ Ordering & Products

Q: What makes Niyyah Box cards different?
A: Our cards are designed with heartfelt du’as, meaningful messages, and unique Islamic themes, unlike the generic options found in supermarkets. Each card is crafted to reflect our faith beautifully and authentically.

Q: Do your cards come with envelopes?
A: Yes! All our cards come with a white envelope for easy gifting.

Q: What size are your cards?
A: Most of our cards are A5 size (148mm x 210mm) to ensure a high-quality, premium feel. Please check individual product descriptions for details.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays). Once processed, your order will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class or Second Class.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: UK delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Royal Mail First Class: 1-2 working days

  • Royal Mail Second Class: 2-3 working days
    (Delivery may take longer during busy periods like Ramadan and Eid.)

Q: Do you offer tracking on orders?
A: No, our standard shipping does not include tracking, but a certificate of posting can be provided upon request as proof of dispatch.


📦 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Q: My card arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at niyyahbox@gmail.com within 7 days with your order details and a photo of the damage. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Q: What happens if my order is lost in the mail?
A: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us. We will check the proof of posting and assist you with the next steps. However, as we use Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
